This recipe was so easy to make. When my friend Kirsten submitted it to “The Dish on Your Dish” I couldn’t wait to make it. When she described it, my mouth was watering. Kirsten mentioned that this was a dish she and her family always have seconds, and even thirds on. This certainly was also the case in our home.
I faithfully implemented her YaYa’s; that’s her grandma’s, recipe, and now it’s going to be one of my recipes in rotation. We served it with tortilla chips, but really alone is fine. You can also serve it with rice. Thanks so much for the submission!
